TRIAGOCN consultation forms help us understand your travel plans and get back to you. Please do not send passports, visa numbers, payment details or other sensitive information through these forms or WhatsApp before being asked through an appropriate channel.
Information we ask for
Forms may ask for your name, email address or WhatsApp number, travel interests, approximate dates, group size and notes you choose to share.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss suitable routes and prepare the next consultation or quotation. Submitting a form is not a booking or confirmation of price or availability.
Who can access it
Consultation details are intended for TRIAGOCN admins following up with guests. If you choose to open WhatsApp, messages you send are also processed under WhatsApp's policies.
Storage and your choices
Details submitted through forms enter TRIAGOCN's intake system for follow-up. You may request correction or deletion of identifiable consultation details by contacting TRIAGOCN using the website's WhatsApp button and providing the contact used for your submission.
Language and approximate location
On your first visit, an approximate country code from our hosting provider selects Indonesian or English. We do not request GPS location. Your language preference is stored in a cookie for one year and can be changed at any time using ID/EN.
Itineraries, invoices and document links
Plans submitted through the planner are stored as drafts for team review. The team may prepare invoices and itineraries using agreed details. Document links hold a frozen version, expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Anyone holding a link can read that document; do not share it publicly. Browser drafts exclude contact fields, but the notes you write may still be personal. Avoid storing sensitive information on shared devices.
Preventing form abuse
To limit repeated planner submissions, the system stores a one-way identifier derived from the network address, rather than the raw address. It is used for request limiting; old entries are removed when new requests are processed. The hosting provider may process network information in service logs under its own policies.
Photographs and journey documentation
Team uploads are stored as drafts in private Supabase storage. The system compresses photographs and removes EXIF metadata, including GPS location. Before a photograph or album can appear publicly, an admin must confirm usage rights and permission from people shown. Licensed destination photographs include source credits. To request removal of your photograph, contact our team through WhatsApp with the page or photograph description. Unpublishing stops access through our website but cannot recall copies already downloaded by others.
Security
Operational access is restricted to designated admin accounts. Our hosting and storage services include access safeguards. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not enter sensitive data in free-text notes.
